K9 Cookbook is a free mobile application operated by Teleported LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we handle it.

Dog profile data.Your dog's profile (name, breed, age, weight, sex, health conditions, dietary restrictions) is stored in our secure cloud infrastructure. This data is transmitted to our servers to generate personalized recipes and to sync your saved recipes across sessions. It is not linked to your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information. It is not sold or shared with third parties.

App analytics. The app collects usage data including device model, operating system version, country, language, and in-app events (such as screens viewed and features used). This data is used to improve stability and performance.

Some shopping links in the app are affiliate links. Tapping these links may result in data collection by third-party tracking services per their own privacy policies. If you make a purchase through an affiliate link, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence recipe recommendations or ingredient selections.

The app and website use the following third-party services that may collect data as described in their respective privacy policies:

• Google (cloud infrastructure, app analytics, and website analytics)
• Apple App Store / Google Play Store (download and platform analytics)

We do not control and are not responsible for the data practices of these services.

The app is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

Your data is stored in our secure cloud infrastructure and protected by industry-standard access controls. We recommend keeping your device software up to date.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of K9 Cookbook after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

By downloading, installing, or using the K9 Cookbook mobile app or visiting k9cookbook.com (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy above. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The recipes, nutritional information, and ingredient guidance provided by K9 Cookbook are for general informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute veterinary, medical, or professional nutritional advice and are not a substitute for consultation with a licensed veterinarian.

Every dog is unique. Before making significant changes to your dog's diet (especially if your dog has a health condition, is pregnant or nursing, is a puppy, or is a senior dog), consult a licensed veterinarian. Teleported LLC assumes no responsibility for any adverse health outcomes resulting from the use of information provided through the Service.

The K9 Cookbook app, website, logo, and all associated content including but not limited to text, graphics, and software, are owned by or licensed to Teleported LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute app content commercially
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Misrepresent K9 Cookbook content as professional veterinary advice

K9 Cookbook includes shopping links for recipe ingredients. Some links are affiliate links. If you make a purchase through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence recipe content or ingredient selections.

This disclosure is made in accordance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's guidelines on endorsements and testimonials (16 C.F.R. Part 255).

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recipes are nutritionally complete or suitable for your specific dog.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Teleported LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including but not limited to veterinary costs, property damage, or loss of data) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Service exceed the amount you paid to use it (which, because the app is free, is zero dollars ($0)).

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within the United States for the resolution of any disputes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
